HOLIDAY SEASON RETURN POLICY
Our return and exchange window for purchases made from November 15th through December 15th have been extended through January 15th to allow for stress-free holiday gifting & exchanges.

Our return and exchange window is 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for both returns and exchanges, except in rare cases of damaged or defective products.
Returns:
1 To request a return for a refund, please complete our return form within 30 days of receiving your order.
2 You are responsible for arranging return shipping. In cases of product damage or defects, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
3 Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
1 To exchange an item, please complete our return form and send back the original item within 30 days of receipt.
2 Place a new order for the replacement item you wish to receive. You will be responsible for return shipping of the original item.
3 If your original order qualified for free shipping, the same applies to the replacement item; otherwise, standard shipping charges will apply.
4 As soon as we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the initial order.
